Products and Pricing

– We strive to display accurate images and descriptions, but slight color variations may occur.

– All prices are in Saudi Riyal SAR and include 15% VAT

– We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

Orders and Payment

– An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

– If a product is unavailable after payment, we will notify you and refund the full amount within 7 business days.

Shipping and Delivery

– Delivery within Riyadh takes 1-3 business days. Other cities in KSA take 3-7 business days.

– Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and city.

– The customer is responsible for providing a correct address. If delivery fails due to customer error, the customer bears the cost of re-shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our food products, honey and spices cannot be returned once opened, for health and safety reasons. Exceptions:

– Product arrived damaged or expired. Must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with a photo.

– Wrong product was delivered. We cover all return and replacement costs.

– For sealed and unused products: Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt.

User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Using the site for any illegal purposes is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Sanaa Al Yemen and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh.
